We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing and workmanship defects under normal use.

What Our Warranty Covers

The CELYRA Limited Warranty covers manufacturing or workmanship defects that occur during normal use, including:

- Manufacturing defects in the jewellery
- Defective clasps, closures or fittings
- Manufacturing-related breakage
- Stones that become loose or fall out due to a confirmed manufacturing defect
- Other workmanship defects confirmed by CELYRA

If a covered defect is confirmed, CELYRA may, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected piece or affected component.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents or surface damage
- Natural wear of rhodium plating
- Tarnishing, oxidation or discolouration caused by normal use or environmental exposure
- Damage caused by perfume, cosmetics, lotions, chemicals, chlorine or salt water
- Accidental damage, impact, bending or crushing
- Lost or stolen jewellery
- Loss of stones caused by impact, misuse or improper care
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling
- Damage caused by repairs, alterations or modifications performed by another jeweller or third party

Rhodium plating is a surface finish and may naturally wear over time. Its longevity depends on factors including frequency of wear, contact with chemicals, moisture and individual skin chemistry. Normal plating wear is therefore not considered a manufacturing defect.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact our CELYRA Concierge with:

- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Clear photographs of the jewellery
- A description of the issue
- Your contact details

Our team may request that the jewellery be returned to CELYRA for inspection before determining whether the issue is covered under this warranty.

Warranty Assessment

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by CELYRA.

If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing or workmanship defect covered by this warranty, CELYRA will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the circumstances of the claim.

If the issue is determined to result from normal wear, accidental damage, improper care or any other exclusion listed above, the warranty will not apply. Repair or replating services may be available separately at an applicable charge.

Warranty Period

This Limited Warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase.

Care & Longevity

To preserve the beauty of your CELYRA jewellery, we recommend:

- Avoiding contact with perfume, cosmetics and chemicals
- Removing jewellery before swimming, bathing or exercising
- Keeping jewellery away from chlorine and salt water
- Storing each piece separately in its CELYRA pouch or jewellery box
- Cleaning gently with a soft, dry jewellery cloth
- Avoiding excessive impact or friction
