Returns & Exchanges

We want every CELYRA creation to be cherished.
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they remain:

Unworn
Undamaged
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and quality reasons, personalized or custom-made pieces cannot be returned unless deemed defective.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after returned items have been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for refund.
